Working system · Dive center
A dive center’s whole operation in one working system.
Bookings, boats, divers, certifications, permits and the month’s numbers read from the same data. Move any input below and every screen on this page recalculates.
One record
A booking, a diver, a permit and a seat on the boat are one record.
Change one and the other three update, because every screen reads from the same database.
01 · The model
Put your business into the model.
Guests, spend, capacity, team, cost of goods and labour drive revenue, gross profit, margin and revenue per staff member at once. The season sits on top of the number you enter, so a slow month stays believable.
Nothing is stored or sent. Bring your numbers to a call and we build the real version on your data.
02 · Scenarios
Test next season against the break‑even before it starts.
Pick a seasonality shape and a channel mix, then move price, volume and fixed costs. You see which lever moves the position, and which one only looks like it does.
03 · Boats and seats
The day sheet is the product.
You sell seats on the boat, so we build the system around each day’s departures. Click a seat to place a diver, and the capacity meter, revenue and gross profit move with the model above.
A real deployment runs this off live bookings, with your pricing rules and staff limits built in.
04 · Diver records
The record survives the shift change.
Each diver carries a full history: certification level, waivers, tier, dive count, and the upsell to offer while they stand at the desk. The history stays with the diver, so a returning diver never explains it twice.
05 · Live numbers
You see the month while you can still act on it.
Contribution per booking, labour against revenue, occupancy ahead and behind, and the month’s position. All four read from the same model, so no two tiles disagree.
06 · Boats, gear and permits
Capacity and paperwork run on the same clock.
The boats and gear that carry capacity sit next to the park and operating permits that let you sell it. Click a unit to take it out of service and the ceiling drops with it. A permit flags itself before it expires.
Built and running
A dive and tour operator in Mexico runs on this system.
We built it around how their team already works.
01
One operating system
Bookings, seats, payments, commissions, owner reports and checklists run from one database the whole team logs into.
02
Custom automations and agents
Software written for their operation handles the follow-ups, the reconciliations and the reminders.
03
Their tools, connected
Stripe, Wise, Plaid and DocuSeal feed the system, so nobody retypes data between tools.
Use cases
Four operations run on this work today.
Each one came in through a brand or a web build and kept going into the system.
01 · Dive and tour operator, Mexico
One database the whole team logs into
Bookings, seats, payments, commissions, owner reports and checklists run from one place, and the team reads the same day sheet.
02 · Compliance firm
The brand came first, then the software
We rebuilt the positioning and the site, then built the safety app the firm hands to its own clients.
03 · Safety consultancy
The client publishes from the portal
Each article draft is read and approved in a branded portal, and that approval is the publish step, so nothing waits on us.
04 · Standards publisher
One program covers every industry it sells into
A written safety program carries per-industry versions, so a buyer in manufacturing reads the clauses that govern manufacturing.
