ServicesWorking System Approach Client Portal Let's Talk

Approach

You approve the system on paper before we build it.

The engagement runs in four phases, and each one ends in a written document your team keeps and works from.

No surprises

The architecture is drawn and approved before anything is built.

Execution carries no decisions, because the document already made them.

The engagement

Every phase ends in a document you keep

01

Diagnostic assessment

We map how the business runs today, where the money leaks and where the founder is the bottleneck. You get a written picture of the operation and its most expensive constraints, so every later decision traces to something real.

You get
A written diagnostic of the operation as it stands, including the numbers.
We need
Access to how the work moves, and time with the people who do it.
Decides
Which constraint we relieve first, and what that is worth.
Ends when
You agree the picture matches the business you recognise.

02

Architecture design

We design the system on paper first. Every screen, workflow and number maps to a decision the business has to make. You approve the architecture before a line of it is built.

You get
The architecture document: screens, workflows, data and roles.
We need
Your review, and a decision on anything we flag as a fork.
Decides
Scope, sequence and the shape of what ships.
Ends when
You sign off on the architecture.

03

Execution and build

We build it and connect it to the tools you already use, without breaking the setup your team runs on today.

You get
The working system, connected to your existing stack.
We need
A point of contact, and access to the tools in scope.
Decides
Nothing new. The architecture already made the decisions.
Ends when
The team runs a real week on it without falling back.

04

Sustain and maintain

The system ships documented and owned by you. Procedures are written against roles, so a new hire in the seat picks the job up. We stay available for the tuning that keeps it accurate as the business grows.

You get
The manual, the credentials and ownership of the whole thing.
We need
A note when the operation changes shape.
Decides
Whether you keep us on for tuning. The call is yours.
Ends when
You stop the tuning, and the system keeps running without us.

Principles

Four principles behind every build

We sell operational certainty, and we build it to outlive the engagement.

01

Operational first

We start from how the business runs, and the design serves that operation every time.

02

Fully documented

Every system ships with its manual, written against roles, so it survives turnover.

03

Built for your world

We learn the operation before we design for it. Depth in your world beats a generic tool that fits no one.

04

You own it

The system is your own infrastructure. You hold the code, the data, the credentials and the manual.

Common questions

We answer anything else on the call, before you commit to a scope.

Book a Call
01Can we start with one service?

Yes. Most clients start with a brand or web build and add the operations system after it.

02Do we have to replace the tools we use now?

No. We connect the system to the tools you already use, so your current setup keeps working while the new one comes in.

03Who owns what you build?

You do. The code, the data and the manual are in your name the day we hand over.

04Who works on our account?

The principal leads every engagement, start to finish. You talk to the person building it.

05How long does a build take?

A website runs five days at a premium, two weeks fast, three to four weeks at a normal pace. That holds when you send the content and the context on time. An operations system runs weeks to months, and the scope says which.

06How do you price it?

We scope after an audit call of an hour and a half to three hours. Brand and web come back as a defined build with one number. An operations system is priced against your annual revenue, so the lift it creates covers the build inside about a year. Take all three phases together and there's a bundle price.

07What do you need from us?

A walkthrough of how the work actually moves today, the content for the pages, and one person who can approve. The map phase is the only part that needs real time from your side.

08Do you have to be on site?

No. We're based in Mexico City and work remote. The audit runs on site or as a full workflow walkthrough over a call, and you pick which.
